Tenderstem® broccoli hoisin vegetable stir-fry
Method

In a hot wok or frying pan, add the sesame oil and gently fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the cumin and chilli flakes and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the carrot, pepper, mushrooms and Tenderstem® broccoli to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened but still with some bite.

Add the noodles, break up with a fork then stir into the veg and heat through.

Add the hoisin to the pan and toss to coat all the ingredients, adding a dash of water if needed. Cook for a few minutes until the hoisin sauce has thickened and coated all noodles and veg.

Serve topped with the fresh coriander and spring onions, if using.
